MYiOX Health Founding Waitlist Terms & Conditions

These terms cover joining the MYiOX Health founding waitlist and becoming a founding member, and the benefits that come with it. By joining the founding waitlist you agree to them.

About these terms

  1. Who runs it. The MYiOX Health founding waitlist, including sign-ups on our home page and our Abu Dhabi Future Health Summit page, is run by REVIV Global Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09002068, whose registered office is at Office B, Second Floor, Commercial Wharf, 6 Commercial Street, Manchester, M15 4PZ, United Kingdom ("MYiOX", "we", "us", "our"). Contact: founding@myioxhealth.com.
  2. Who is launching MYiOX Health. MYiOX Health is being launched by 10XREVIV, a joint venture between REVIV and Cardone Ventures. When the 10XREVIV joint venture company takes over the MYiOX Health service, we will transfer the founding waitlist, your founding place and these terms to it, so it can keep running the waitlist, give you your benefits and tell you about the launch. From then on it will be responsible for these terms and for your data, and references to "we" mean that company. We will let you know when this happens. The transfer will not reduce your rights or benefits under these terms.
  3. How the terms are organised. Part A covers joining the Founding 10,000. Part B covers founding member benefits. Part C covers the MYiOX Health Welcome Kit for the first 1,000 founding members. Part D covers everything else.
  4. Free to join. Joining the founding waitlist is free. You never need to buy anything to become a founding member or to receive the benefits in these terms.
  5. Prize draws and other promotions. These terms do not cover any prize draw, competition, referral reward or other promotion. If we run one, it will have its own terms, published before it opens.
  6. Not medical advice. MYiOX helps you understand and organise your own health data. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and nothing in these terms is a medical service or a promise of a health outcome.
  7. Dates and times are UK time (BST until 25 October 2026, then GMT) unless we say otherwise.
  8. Plain English. If anything here is unclear, contact us and we'll explain it. If these terms conflict with anything in our marketing, these terms apply.

Part A: The Founding 10,000

  1. Who can join. The founding waitlist is only open to residents of the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates who are 18 or over. You must join with your own email address. One founding place per person.
  2. How to join. Sign up at www.myioxhealth.com (or through a link, QR code or event code we provide), tell us your country of residence and confirm your email address. Your place is only confirmed once your email is verified.
  3. Founding numbers. Verified members receive a founding number from #00001 to #10,000, given in the order verifications are completed. Your number is yours to keep and never changes. It cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
  4. When founding places close. Founding places close when number #10,000 is issued or at 23:59 on 31 December 2026, whichever comes first. People who join after that can still join the waitlist but are not founding members and do not receive the benefits in Parts B and C.
  5. Launch in the UK and the UAE. MYiOX is planned to launch in the UK and the UAE. The UAE launch depends on regulatory approvals, so its date may be different from the UK launch. We'll email you when the launch date for your country is confirmed. This offer is not available in other countries at this time.
  6. Live counter. Any count of founding places we show is live and accurate at the time it is shown.
  7. Losing a place. We may remove a founding place, and any benefits or kits linked to it, if we reasonably believe it was created with false details, a duplicate or disposable email address, automated tools, by someone who doesn't live in the UK or the UAE, or otherwise in breach of these terms.
  8. Your referral link. We may give you a personal link to invite friends to join. There is currently no reward for referring friends. Referring friends does not change your founding number, your place in any access wave or your eligibility for the Welcome Kit. If we offer a reward for referrals in future, it will have its own terms, published before it starts.
  9. Using your link fairly. Only share your link with people you know, or in your own posts. Don't send it in bulk or unsolicited messages, post it on coupon or deal sites, pay for ads with it, or describe MYiOX in a way that is misleading or makes health claims. We may switch off a link that is misused.

Part B: Founding member benefits

  1. Access before the public. Founding members are invited into the MYiOX app before it opens to the public, in waves from launch in their country. We decide how members are allocated to waves and will explain this before invitations start. Each invitation stays open for the time stated in it; if you don't accept in that time, you'll be invited again in a later wave. Launch dates may change.
  2. Early testing places. We plan to offer at least 100 places in our early testing group (November to December 2026) to founding members. Places are offered at our discretion and may not be available in every country; being a founding member does not guarantee a place. Testing may involve sharing health data, which needs your separate explicit consent.
  3. A free year of data uploads. In the 12 months after your own MYiOX account is activated, you can upload up to one genetics file and up to two blood test results free of charge, in the formats the app supports. After that, or beyond these limits, uploads are charged at the prices shown in the app.
  4. Exclusive founding member pricing. Founding members will get exclusive pricing on selected products and services in the app. Which items, the prices and how long they apply will be published before launch. Until then we make no promise of a particular saving.
  5. Founding status. Your founding number and status show in the app.
  6. General. Benefits are personal to you, can't be transferred or exchanged for cash, and depend on you keeping your founding place under Part A. Using the app and any upload is subject to the MYiOX terms of use and privacy notice.

Part C: The MYiOX Health Welcome Kit (first 1,000)

  1. Who gets one. Founding members holding numbers #00001 to #01000 receive one MYiOX Health Welcome Kit, free. One kit per person and per delivery address.
  2. What's in it. A physical assessment kit to help you record body measures in the MYiOX app, with a retail value of £75 or more in the UK, or AED 365 or more in the UAE. Contents may vary by country. The kit is not a medical device and does not diagnose any condition.
  3. Delivery. Kits are posted at our cost when the app launches in your country. We'll ask for your delivery address in your launch invitation. If you don't give us an address within 30 days of our request, we may treat the kit as unclaimed.
  4. Where we deliver. We deliver only to addresses in the UK and the UAE. UK members' kits are delivered to UK addresses at the UK launch. UAE members keep their kit, but it is delivered to a UAE address only when MYiOX launches in the UAE; the 30-day period in paragraph 3 starts from our request at that time. We don't deliver UAE kits to UK addresses, or UK kits to UAE addresses.
  5. No cash alternative. The kit can't be exchanged for cash. If an item becomes unavailable, we may replace it with one of equal or greater value.

Part D: General terms

  1. Your data. We use your details to run the founding waitlist, track sign-ups made through referral links and send kits, as set out in our privacy notice at https://myioxhealth.com/pages/privacy. We use your details only for MYiOX Health, and not to market REVIV clinics or any other REVIV, Cardone Ventures or 10X Health service. We don't collect health information when you join. Marketing emails are sent only if you opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time without losing your founding place. We share delivery details only with our fulfilment partner, and only to send your kit. If a friend joins with your link, we don't share their details with you.
  2. Fair play. We may withdraw any founding place, benefit or kit if we reasonably believe someone has broken these terms, given false information or tried to gain an unfair advantage.
  3. Changes. We may change or end any part of the founding programme if circumstances outside our reasonable control make it necessary. We won't change it in a way that unfairly harms people who have already joined, and we'll post any changes here with the date.
  4. Our responsibility. We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  5. Third-party products. Any third-party products in the MYiOX Health Welcome Kit come with their manufacturer's warranty and terms.
  6. Law. If you live in the United Arab Emirates, these terms are governed by the laws of the UAE as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and you can bring a claim in the courts of Abu Dhabi. If you live in the UK, these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there. Wherever you live, you keep any rights that the consumer law of your country gives you.
