MYiOX Pro Founding Partner Offer

Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the MYiOX Pro Founding Partner Offer. By ticking the box to accept these terms when you register your clinic for the MYiOX Pro waitlist, you agree to them on behalf of the Clinic and confirm that you are authorised to do so.

1. Who we are

1.1 The offer is made by 10X Reviv Trading Limited, a company licensed in Masdar City Free Zone, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, under licence number MC 14764, with its registered address at FD – First Floor, Incubator Building, Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). We operate the MYiOX Pro platform. The Clinic’s Partner Agreement may be with us or with our UAE subsidiary; this offer applies in the same way, and references to “we” include that subsidiary.

2. Definitions

Clinic: the clinic or business that joins the waitlist, together with the legal entity that holds its trading licence.

Go Live Date: the date we confirm to the Clinic in writing that its MYiOX Pro account is active and it can deliver treatments through the platform.

Offer Period: the 30 consecutive calendar days starting on and including the Go Live Date.

Platform Fees: the fees payable to us under the Partner Agreement on treatments delivered through MYiOX Pro, however they are described in that agreement.

Partner Agreement: the MYiOX Pro partner agreement the Clinic signs with us before going live.

3. The offer

3.1 There will be no Platform Fees on any treatment the Clinic delivers through MYiOX Pro during its Offer Period.

3.2 A treatment counts towards the Offer Period only if it is delivered to the client, and recorded as delivered on MYiOX Pro, within the Offer Period. The date the treatment is booked or paid for does not decide this.

3.3 Treatments sold as packages or courses during the Offer Period but delivered after it ends will attract the standard Platform Fees for each treatment delivered after the Offer Period.

3.4 From the day after the Offer Period ends, Platform Fees apply at the rates set out in the Partner Agreement.

4. Who can take part

4.1 The offer is open to clinics and businesses that join the MYiOX Pro waitlist on or before 31 October 2026. We may extend this closing date at our discretion, and any extension will be shown on this page. A Clinic outside the United Arab Emirates can benefit only once MYiOX Pro is available in its country.

4.2 To benefit from the offer, the Clinic must sign the Partner Agreement, complete onboarding, and hold every licence and approval it needs, including any licence from the health authority where it operates, to deliver the treatments it offers through MYiOX Pro.

4.3 Where a business runs more than one site, each site that goes live within 6 months of the business’s first Go Live Date has its own Offer Period, starting on that site’s own Go Live Date. Sites that go live after those 6 months do not benefit from the offer. For this clause, a business includes all companies and clinics under common ownership or control.

4.4 The offer applies whether or not the Clinic is selected as one of our early access clinics. Early access is a separate opportunity, offered to a select number of clinics at our discretion, and joining the waitlist does not guarantee selection.

4.5 Joining the waitlist does not commit the Clinic to sign a Partner Agreement or to pay anything. It also does not commit us to offer a Partner Agreement to any Clinic; we decide which clinics to onboard, and when, at our discretion.

5. What the offer does not cover

5.1 The offer covers Platform Fees only. Any other amounts payable under the Partner Agreement, including products, test kits, laboratory testing, consumables, delivery and third party charges, remain payable in full.

5.2 The offer has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged, transferred to another business, deferred to a later period, or extended if the Clinic delivers few or no treatments during its Offer Period.

5.3 The offer cannot be combined with any other discount on Platform Fees unless we agree in writing.

6. Go live timing

6.1 Joining the waitlist secures the offer if the Clinic goes on to sign a Partner Agreement with us. It does not commit us to a Go Live Date. We will confirm each Clinic's Go Live Date in writing, and the Offer Period always starts from that date, whenever it falls.

6.2 If a Clinic chooses to delay going live for more than 14 days after we have told it in writing that its account is ready, we may set the Go Live Date as the date the Clinic's account was made available.

6.3 Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the offer lapses if the Clinic’s Go Live Date has not occurred by 31 December 2027.

7. Fair use

7.1 The offer is a commercial discount on Platform Fees. It is not linked to, and does not reward, the referral of patients or clients by any party.

7.2 We may refuse or withdraw the offer, and charge Platform Fees at the standard rates, where we reasonably believe the Clinic has misused it. This includes recording treatments that were not delivered, recording them on dates other than the date of delivery, or moving treatments from another provider or platform into the Offer Period solely to avoid fees, or recording treatments at a site within its Offer Period that were delivered at another site.

8. Changes to the offer

8.1 We may change or withdraw the offer for waitlist registrations not yet received, by updating this page. Any change will not reduce the benefit for a Clinic that has already joined the waitlist under these terms, unless the change is required by law or by a regulator.

8.2 Where these terms and the Partner Agreement differ on the waiver of Platform Fees during the Offer Period, these terms apply.

9. Your information

9.1 The details you give when joining the waitlist are collected by REVIV Global Ltd, which runs the MYiOX Health website, and shared with us so we can manage your registration, administer this offer and contact you about MYiOX Pro. This is described in the Privacy Notice linked at the foot of every page of www.myioxhealth.com.

10. Law and disputes

10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
